IT Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer for a 12‑month contract in the fintech sector. 📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur

🔧 Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 & L2 support for a large enterprise environment

- Troubleshoot desktop issues, Microsoft Office, and video‑conferencing setups

- Assist with event IT support and occasional Mac OS tasks

💼 Requirements:

- 5+ years of desktop support experience in large enterprises

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

- Familiarity with video‑conferencing equipment

- Mac OS experience is a plus

💰 Compensation: Up to RM6,000 per month plus performance bonus.
